Dr. Tobias Brosze, born in 1979, studied industrial engineering in Karlsruhe and Lyon before earning his doctorate in production management from RWTH Aachen University. Since 2012, he has worked for Mainzer Stadtwerke AG, where from 2014 he served as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for conventional and renewable energy generation, networks, heat, broadband, and various digitalization and innovation projects, with a particular focus on hydrogen and the energy transition.

In April 2024, Dr. Tobias Brosze moved to Palladio Partners, where he now works, among other things, as managing partner of Palladio Kommunal GmbH.
