Thomas Keul is one of the founding Partners of Elvaston. He is currently responsible for the management of the firm and shares overall responsibility for the investment strategy of the firm and the capital formation activities.

Before Elvaston, he has been working as a lawyer for several international law firms. As a partner for these internationally operating law firms, Mr. Keul has worked over 15 years within the private equity industry overseeing numerous company sale processes, investment financing projects and restructuring activities and has extensive experience guiding medium-sized companies as well as their shareholders. 



He holds a PhD in Law from the Institute for German and European Competition Law. Prior to that, he studied at Albert-Ludwigs University Freiburg, Freie University Berlin and Toulouse University.
