Heike Heim has been CEO of Dortmunder Stadtwerke AG (DSW21) since June 1, 2023, where she is responsible for corporate development and strategy.

After completing her studies, the graduate industrial engineer (specializing in electrical engineering) gained initial practical experience in plant engineering/energy technology and the IT sector. Following nearly a decade in international consulting, she returned to the energy industry in 2011, joining MVV Energie AG as Head of Controlling and Risk Management. In 2013, Heike Heim was appointed CEO of Energieversorgung Offenbach AG (EVO). From 2017 to 2023, Heike Heim served as CEO of Dortmunder Energie- und Wasserversorgung GmbH (DEW21), where she was responsible for the commercial division, sales, and trading.
